120 kilometres! Today I broke my last record. I will probably never beat that. But never say never. I could have probably pushed it ever further, but honestly after more than 7 hours biking you just kinda get bored.
Today was great weather. Sunny but not too warm. If the weather stays like this I would be very happy. I biked along the water, mostly flat except the last bit. I even made a short stop at a local market. After the long ride I couldn’t help but splash into the swimming pool at the Camping Les Genêts d’Or in Bagnols-sur-Cèze. And a couple of nicely cold beers after that I was human again.
I even managed to cook today. Not too shabby. Tomorrow a decent 80 plus kilometres in the planning. Things are going so well. If things go like this I will be in Barcelona on 23 of May. One day ahead of the schedule.
